Lately we have been enjoying summer to its fullest! Here is what we have been up to lately! 🙂 
Todd’s sister and brother-in-law came in town and we decided to take them to Lynchburg and show them around! We first went on a walk/hike to the LU monogram.

And then we gave them a tour of Liberty and showed them all the new construction and buildings! (Some of this was new to us too!)
Then we went by Mister Goodies, and oh my goodness! If you are local than you need to go here! I got the Dirt Cup with chocolate ice-cream and half of it was oreos and gummy worms! So delicious!
We enjoyed taco’s on Taco Tuesday with Todd’s family! Afterwards we went and saw the new Pirate’s movie! I think this one is tied for me with the original for best one of the series! Seriously, so funny you need to go and see it!
We went and watched my brother play baseball. The other team never showed up, so we ended up playing a bit with them, so they could still have some fun!
We celebrated Father’s Day with Todd’s family the week before Father’s Day.
And then we had my Dad and stepmom over to celebrate on the Saturday before Father’s Day and we ended up playing our current favorite game Ticket to Ride!
I went on a trip with my mom and brother to Charlotte for a doctor visit for my brother and we of course had to eat at Nothing But Noodles! (we sadly don’t have any of these in VA that I know of). I like their classic Mac and Cheese, but my mom likes to get stuff added to hers!
On our drive home we saw a double rainbow! Then a bit later as we were passing through the main part of the city, we saw this gorgeous view of the city with the rainbow overhead! The picture does not do it justice!
Lastly, Todd and I were finally able to eat our wedding cake and watch our wedding video for the first time! When we pulled our cake out of the freezer, we realized that it had been sitting totally alone in a box, not wrapped or anything (we always thought it was so we never checked!) So we took a bite, decided it wasn’t as bad as we thought, but not good enough to keep eating…
…so we decided to get a little bit of use out of it, and throw it at each other! lol! While doing a burst on our phone!
