First weekend of March is in the books! We stayed busy over the weekend and enjoyed the Spring weather!
Speaking of spring weather, I broke out this beautiful tunic from Cleo Madison! This color is literally perfect for Spring and I have been seeing it everywhere! When Cleo Madison reached out and asked if I would want a piece of their clothing to try out I was so pumped! If you have never heard of them, check out their boutique. They specialize in modest clothing, so they have a good selection of dresses that are longer in length!
I also love the length of this top because it’s a tunic length, which is great for me because I’m tall.
I also bought these busted knee jeans the other day from Old Navy! I was so pumped to find some that reminded me of the Levi pair that every blogger in the world seems to have, but for a fourth of the price! They are also insanely comfortable. Sadly though I can’t find them on the website, but if you are interested in them you may want to check in stores! You can also check out my initial necklace here.
Alrighty, so now onto our weekend! Our church had a Revival this weekend, so that meant services Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Also, it was Todd’s last Sunday!
Friday we went to service and then went home and watched the new show Waco (anyone else watching this?). Afterwards we went to Sonic because I had been dying to try the new soft pretzels they advertised, and let me tell you…it did not disappoint. Now it wasn’t as good as Auntie Annie’s. However, it was soft, buttery, and salty. So if you haven’t already…go get you one!
Saturday morning we woke up early so we could go to Duck’s Donuts, because it had just opened the day before! We stood in line for about 20 minutes (brrr..it was cold), but it was totally worth it!
If you haven’t heard of Duck Donuts, no worries, I hadn’t either, but I believe it’s an East coast chain now that’s gaining popularity! None of the donuts are pre-made. You go up and build your own donuts, and then they make them fresh, so they are always hot and ready!
Literally the best donuts I’ve ever had.
Sunday, like I mentioned was the last day of revival and also Todd’s last Sunday. I got a few pictures of all of Todd’s lasts lol. (I know I’m super cheesy).
I was proud of him too because he sang for the first time ever a beautiful song that he wrote. 🙂
The rest of Sunday was spent with Family, and running a few errands, and relaxing. Hope your weekend was awesome! Leave me a comment letting me know what you did!
