Happy Friday Friends! What a fun festive week this has been!
1. Halloween Festivities: We have had so much fun celebrating Halloween this last week! On Friday we had our Trunk or Treat at church, if you missed that post check it out here. On Tuesday at school, me and my fellow teachers dressed up as either super heroes or villains. I was Rogue (everyone thought I was storm though). Then that evening we went trick or treating with some of our friends that have young kids! I forgot how fun it is to trick or treat! 🙂
2. Chicken Pot Pie: recently I tried this chicken pot pie recipe from Life as the Mrs. and it is now going into my regular meal rotation! It was super easy and delicious. Also, it lasted my husband and I like three meals!
3. Movie Pass: If you have not joined movie pass…then you are missing out! My husband and I have been loving going to see all the movies we want to go see rather than waiting for them to come out on DVD! This is kind of like a “netflix” service. You pay $9.95 a month per person and you get to see a movie every single day! And all you pay is ten bucks a month! It’s a crazy good deal! If only I made money off of referring people to Movie Pass…because we have been telling everyone about it!
Last night we saw Thor: Ragnarok and really enjoyed it! (Todd had to be there on opening night 😉 )
4. There are so many cute items in the Nordstrom Fall sale and I’m really resisting the want to spend money! I happen to love this slouchy tunic because it looks like a great basic to have!
5. Last but definitely not least, my friend Jen took so pictures for us recently and we love them! If you are local to my area check her out here!
