Today I am linking up with Erika, Narci, and Andrea to share with you some of my recent favorite products!
These are all products that I would say you NEED in your life if they aren’t already! Haha alright let’s get started!
Hair:
My Sister-in-law gave me this powder play texturizing powder for Christmas and I love it!
I usually struggle with my hair not having a lot of volume around the roots. When you add this in in instantly “dirties” up your hair and helps it hold texture and volume so much better! I have tried a lot of volume adding products and I have found NOTHING similar to this.
So I randomly saw this texturizing spray at Dollar Tree and decided to look it up. Turns out its a product that is sold at Nordstrom for way more than a dollar so I decided to try it out.
The spray is more like a sea salt spray than a “texturizing spray.” I love to put it in my hair when I have let it naturally dry and it sort of gives it that beachy waves vibe. Check your local dollar tree to see if you can score this for $1!
I just recently used up my Dove dry shampoo.
I have tried A LOT of dry shampoos, but in my opinion this is the best one so far! The smell is amazing. It works great without making your hair feel dirtier (some dry shampoos add to the dirty feeling). Also, this dry shampoo is relatively affordable. Todd even started using this sometimes when he felt like his hair was a bit greasy.
I need to go buy another, but first I’m using up a few others I have.
Face:
My Too Faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar palette is totally a favorite!
Yes this palette is a bit expensive for just eye shadow, but the quality is amazing and so is the smell (smells like chocolate), and I use it every single day I wear makeup, so I definitely get my moneys worth.
This is the only palette I use. I am a big fan of browns and this palette has quite the few options of both matte and shimmery browns. Also, they still look different when you apply them (you know how some eyeshadows look different in the pan until you swatch and then they all look the same?)
Oh my word! The Rimmel Provocalips liquid lips are AMAZING!
Excuse the picture with the well-loved packaging; this lippie goes everywhere with me! I originally bought this for my wedding and I fell in love! It lasted all day and still looked great at the end!
Also the gloss is amazing! Totally not sticky. I have gotten many people to try this including my mom and my maid of honor (who wore it for her wedding day) and they both love it! I have it in the shade heart breaker, but I really want to try some of the other shades!
These Aveeno positively radiant makeup remover wipes are a new favorite!
I had a coupon for these, and since I constantly go through makeup remover wipes I will give any brand a try. These have replaced my Neutrogena tried and true wipes. These remove waterproof makeup better than any other brand I have tried. Also, the smell is so amazing! I will sometimes be able to still smell the scent on my skin after I wash my face!
A tip to make your makeup remover wipes last longer: tear them in half! This instantly takes your amount from 25 to 50! I never used a whole wipe so when I started doing this I had to buy them way left often. 😉
Lastly my CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser is a favorite. I have completely gone through a whole bottle of this (took about half a year), and I can honestly say I have never found a cleanser that helped my reduce my clogged pores/blackheads until I tried this.
This cleanser is hard to find in stores, but this one is my favorite because it is a gentle exfoliator. There are no “beads” or anything, just liquid soap. The chemicals do the exfoliating. I have heard many times about how good it is to exfoliate your skin almost daily and with this cleanser I saw the benefits!
If you have any products that I MUST try then tell me in the comments! I am constantly searching for the best products and love trying new things out! Thanks for stopping by today!
