Oh January! This month started out with a bang and then just sort of went down hill! lol
We started off the new year at Passion Conference which was amazing, but then we ended up getting sick, missing a trip, and other just not so fun things in the month, so I’m really not sad to leave January behind and say hello to a fresh new month!
Also, I fail on having any pictures of anything fun that happened in January besides Passion. So hopefully I will do better in February 😉
So if you’ve never heard of Passion Conference and you’re a young adult, especially between the ages of 18-25, then you are missing out! Passion is a conference for Christians to gather, worship, and learn from some amazing teachers! This was my first year attending in Atlanta, Georgia, and I’m already excited for next year.
Some of my favorite speakers to hear from were Louie Giglio, Matt Chandler, and Christine Caine.
We were blessed to be a part of leading our young adult community to Passion and we had a blast! (I mean how could you not have fun with this group!?)
Next year, Passion is going to be held in the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium (where the super bowl is going to be this year), and we cannot wait!
On one of the days we were there at Passion, we had a break and decided that it would be fun to do a bit of exploring while we ate dinner, so we headed to Ponce City Market.
Y’all…I can’t even begin to tell you how much I loved this place! If you visit Atlanta, you have to go here!
There were so many cute place to eat…they had custom popsicles, chicken and waffles, and my personal favorite, cookie dough by the scoop.
There were also a ton of cute stores, which I could have spent way too much money in! Especially this store that pretty much had it’s own greenhouse in it.
Oh and one more thing I loved seeing in Atlanta was where the Olympic Park once was! It was truly a beautiful city!
Have any of you been to Passion before? Let me know what year you went!
