Hey Y’all! If you haven’t heard, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is currently happening! (If you haven’t heard I think you might live under a rock…)
This sale always blows up on Instagram and blogs every year! Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a great sale, just maybe not as amazing as all the hype it gets, but nevertheless it is pretty cool. Why so? Well Nordstrom actually marks down the new Fall arrivals before they have even been in store! And this isn’t just brands you’ve never heard of, but big brands such as North Face, Madewell, Free People, etc.
Not going to lie, I haven’t really ever shopped it before. It’s still not a bargin (there isn’t a $5 bin…lol), but if you are looking for some quality pieces, it’s a great way to save some money! Last year I tried to buy a North Face coat, but it was out of stock the whole sale, so I had to wait a few months!
This year however, I am planning on purchasing a few items. Now, I want to preface this with I am not buying all the items I’m sharing/I could never buy all the items that some people out there buy. It’s not in the cards for me, and if it’s not in the cards for you either, than no biggie! We can find some similar items at Goodwill together 😉
However, I do value items that are good quality/will last a long time, so I might just use some B-day money this year to buy a few things tomorrow, because tomorrow, (July the 19th) is when the sale actually goes public to well…the public!
Okay no more of my rambling…let’s get to the good stuff…the shopping!

This barefoot dreams cardigan has been on my wishlist for so many years. I know you’re thinking why spend 88 dollars on a cardigan. Well supposedly it’s as soft as can be, and honestly I wear cardigans all the time in the fall & winter and I’m always about comfort. So maybe this will be the year I buy it!
I love this basic black lightweight sweater. I’m all for good basics, and this just looks cozy and perfect to dress up or down. I love that the sleeves have a little bit of volume to them too! Also, a sweater for $25.90 doesn’t sound too terrible to me! There are also a few other colors to chose from on this one!
How adorable are these high rise ripped jeans!? I’m all about comfy jeans, and I especially love ones that are high waisted and ripped! I have heard it is best to order a size down in these!
I absolutely love this sweater, especially in the cream color they have. It’s currently sold out but I’m hoping it comes back in stock very soon! I’ve heard it’s not itchy at all (that’s a must!) and is perfect for layering!
I love this dress with layering in mind. I would love to layer the cream sweater above over top, or a cute leather moto jacket with it. Oh and then pair this cute hat with it! Another option if this dress is out of stock would be this cute leopard skirt!

These black skinny jeans are adorable because of the bottom detailing! They would look great for fall with a pair of cute booties. I find that most of the time if I’m wearing jeans, they are black. So this pair would be perfect!
I love the versatility of these lace trim camisoles. They are so perfect for layering. I really am debating if I would get more use out black or white (they also have a leopard print!)
This topshop midi dress is such a steal for only $35.90! I also can’t get over this beautiful orange color for Fall! Pair it with this cute hat and booties and you will look like Fall threw up on you! LOL
P.S. there is also a cute gray color for those who prefer neutrals!
I have owned a Northface rain coat now for 8 years and I absolutely love it, but I bought it in a crazy color and now I am wanting something a bit more neutral. When I saw this longline rain coat it went to the top of my wishlist! The quality is definitely worth the price!
This sweater is literally all the colors I love rolled into one. Need I say more?
These Madewell Mules are absolutely beautiful in both cognac and in black! I love a good mule with dresses or pants! These are also a pretty good deal because I never see this style of shoe for very cheap!
